To liven up the inner city Studio Rocco Verdult got the job of setting up a ‘pop-up’.
The graphic outlines on cardboard bike packaging prompted me to organise a “tour”, as in a road bike race.I got in touch with the box supplier and made racing jerseys including competitor numbers to pin on the backs. I hit the street, picked out three race legs on the spot, and asked the shopping public to participate in the “Tour of Box-Running”. Students, tourists and Moroccans picked a box and ran from start to finish. Afterwards the winners were interviewed by the press and congratulated by two gorgeous ‘Tour Ladies’.
